Here we'll list events and activities scheduled for the 2010 calendar. We'll update this page frequently, so check back often to stay up to date. Prospective members are welcome to learn more about the chapter by attending an event or monthly meeting.

Event Statement

Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G.® chapter members. There are three categories of activities, all activities are identified as follows:

"Closed events" (C) are those chapter events which are open to chapter members and one guest per member.

"Member events" (M) are events that are open only to H.O.G.® members.

"Open events" (O) are those chapter events which are open to chapter members, national H.O.G.®

"Not an organized event" (NOE) are listed for informational purposes only and are not Chapter organized events or rides.

EVENT CANCELLATION CRITERIA

On occasion, we may need to cancel a day event or ride due to unusual circumstances such as weather or some other unforeseen issue.

The following criteria should be used when judging if a day event or ride will be canceled due to weather:

If there is a 60% chance of severe weather anywhere in the proposed ride area.

If it is raining at the Start Site or at the Final Destination at the scheduled time of departure.

If the temperature is 40 degrees or less.

If the Weather Bureau is predicting wind gusts in excess of 25 miles per hour.

We will keep safety and comfort foremost at all times.

We will post a notice on the front door of the Dealership

We will use the “Event Reminder” feature to notify membership of the cancellation.

Members should feel free to call any of the officers.

It is important that you provide the chapter with your current e-mail address so we can provide that notification.

"For over the road trips; such as Rolling Thunder and the Iron Butt rides, which require over night stays will be RAIN or SHINE rides."
